Botox/Dysport/Xeomin/Jeuveau
Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau are all brand names for botulinum toxin type A, a neurotoxin injected into the face to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. These injectable treatments relax the muscles that cause wrinkles by blocking nerve impulses to them. This can help smooth out fine lines, furrows in the eyebrows, and deep creases.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are injectable gel-like substances that are used to create a fuller or smoother appearance in the skin. They are also known as soft tissue fillers, lip and facial fillers, or wrinkle fillers.
Bio-Stimulants
Bio-Stimulants are a natural alternative to dermal fillers that can improve the appearance of skin by supporting the skin’s natural healing processes. They can be applied topically, via injections, or taken as an oral supplement. Biostimulants often contain vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
PRP
A PRP treatment is a cosmetic procedure where an Esthetician injects a patient’s own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into their skin to stimulate collagen production, resulting in improved skin texture, reduced wrinkles, and a more youthful appearance; essentially, it harnesses the healing properties of the patient’s blood to rejuvenate the skin.
Kybella
Kybella is a prescription injectable medication that reduces the appearance of a double chin, or submental fat. It is a non-animal, non-human formulation of deoxycholic acid, a chemical that occurs naturally in the body and helps break down fat. When injected under the chin, Kybella destroys fat cells, preventing them from storing fat.
PDO Thread Lift
A PDO Thread Lift treatment is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that primarily aims to tighten sagging skin on the face and neck by inserting dissolvable sutures (made of polydioxanone) under the skin, which stimulate collagen production and create a lifting effect, effectively addressing concerns like wrinkles, jowls, nasolabial folds, and loss of facial contours without surgery; it’s considered a non-surgical facelift option.
